My village – I admire the most

Intoduction

Mahatma Gandhi once said that the soul of India lives in its villages. The statement holds true even today, as 65% of the Indian population resides in my village areas. My village is not only a geographical location. It’s a microcosm of rural India, where old traditions and customs and history exist with modern aspirations. It offers a window into a complex reality of development, science, social cultures, economic challenges, and natural resources with a growing mindset, view and its cultural vibrancy is the defined India’s village.

The landscape and its cultural ethics

My village is nestled amidst green paddy fields, and there are small green forests, a river, natural resources, and clean roads. Natural, modest beauty is captivating. Life flows the rhythm of nature, the sunrise marks the beginning of the day for people’s agricultural activities in the village, while the sunset gathering near the village pond and community point. Socially every village is deeply rooted in traditional cultural ethics of India. In our village, we celebrate the festivals of Rath Yatra, Deepavali, Holi, Raja Sankranti, Nuakhai, and Prathamastami with great love and celebrations, uniting people across social divisions in classes. A temple in my Village for the weekly Heart or market service, the nerve center of social interaction where people gather and interact with each other for their daily lives, and local governance through the Panchayat systems reflect Indian democracy in the heart of the India.

Economic realities, agriculture, and beyond

Most of the Indian village, like our Parras economy predominantly agrarian they mostly work in fields and defence and cultivation is vegetable farming and small scale of people are government employees on different sectors and diary. Farms challenges like irregular monsoons of modern irrigations, natural calamities and defendant on the middleman for crop cell. Have keep the farmers in a cycle of economic uncertainty. Over the past decade is slow. Transition has behave non-activities like poetry, farming, pet shops, business, small manufacturing units are emerging. Fewer migrated to nearby towns for financial upgrading. The implementation of rural skins like Odisha government has provided some relief. Some sustainable employment remains elusive on themselves . As my village is most dependent on agriculture, so farmers are working for their fields for six months and other six month, they used to stay in their house and rest, but next six month during agriculture work hard, extremely hard work hard in their field to grow crops.

Infrastructure progress and gaps

Rotate social issues like discrimination, gender inequalities, and superstitions. They are not missing in my village, but there is few caste. Discrimination is gender inequalities are there. are there government interventions self-help groups , mens collectives have increased exposure to urban lifestyles and have started shifting mindsets, particularly among the young generations, and awareness programs of school and educational institutes are helping to change and grow their mindsets. There is an emerging aspirations among the youth for higher education. Social communications, jobs, modified live, which led to increasing rural to urban migrations.
